Who is Assisted Living designed for?
It’s for individuals who need some assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, medication reminders, mobility, or transportation) while still maintaining as much independence as possible. Our licensed RN and LPN are on staff to support each resident’s individual plan.
What’s included in the monthly rate?
All utilities and cable (except telephone), complete building WiFi, three daily chef-prepared meals, weekly housekeeping and linen service, emergency response systems, and access to all wellness, social, and community amenities. Personal care services are added in flexible tiers based on need.
Can you help with long-term care insurance?
Yes. Our admissions team is experienced in helping residents both apply for and submit monthly forms for long-term care insurance. Many residents have a substantial portion of their costs covered this way.
Are assisted living fees tax deductible?
In many circumstances, yes. We can share general guidance and resources on medical-expense deductibility. We always recommend confirming with your accountant or tax advisor for your specific situation.
Are pets allowed?
Absolutely. Small pets are very welcome at Azalea Estates. We love having them in our community.
